Important update

So, there's some ongoing work with recreation of strive on new flexible engine, thanks to certain person providing much needed help on programming department. After few experimentation with new sex sentence building, I decided, that there just would be far more opportunity on the received offer, so if nothing changes, I'll be working together on Strive adaptation since there's plenty of stuff to implement and change.  It will likely still stay web/html/javascript application, but with many new assets which should make both performance better and easier to add more different features.



I have lots of stuff in mind, including: multiple penises, tails, more details with breasts, patterns, details, multiple traits of same nature, tattoos... Oh yeah, planning to add males (and probably female PC) since the start, so no problems adapting later on. Also have some plans to heavily change combat system while it is in grasp, and make more alterations to stuff like spells and pots.

All in all, this should take quite some time, can't really give any ETA, although you'll likely hear more from me before end of the month with more in-depth changes and possibly some screenshots. Speaking of which, this is the end of the month, so gigantic thank you to everyone, who still supports me and didn't bail out. I will have a new poll on some planned ideas I had in mind for some time for new race variations on patreon.

  1. Well, I'm certainly excited for this. The exploration/combat system is much in need of an overhaul, and if it wasn't for capturing new girls I would avoid it entirely. (I have a big fetish for capturing.)

    If you are looking for new feature ideas. How about having different towns that you can visit with the portal. The elven village springs to mind, especially because I like playing an elf. Maybe offering a different array of potions, spells, and buyable slaves.

  2. What i am hoping is for longer sex scenes as they are too short for me. Possibly detailed torture/sexually torture with pain like wax that is already in the game but with more details, wooden horse could be nice way to torture them sexually with a whip for example.

I'm afraid this may not happen as I just can't find diligent writer, who would stick around for this long, plus things get way harder as more various body shapes means more variations which would not fit in default routine. If anything you should expect them to get shorter, at least at first.

    2. I believe the more detailed games of this sort use tags for scenes. So your appearance description would have a whole bunch of tags for different body parts, then whatever scene would reference them, e.g. you insert your *penis tag* into the girl's *vagina tag*. This would accommodate various body shapes and allow you to extend scenes easily without too much additional writing.

    3. 1. It still requires writing in place.
      2. It does not work so well when you realize, that girl's bottom half can be a giant snake or a horse instead of legs.

      I mostly was working on this kind of scenes before adopting new engine, but those were mostly 1-2 sentence long.

    4. Can tags allow for conditionals? Something like the below?

      ie. If girl species tag = X (Humanoid, humanoid tail, quadruped, snake, futa, ...)
      Use vagina tag subset 'species'

    5. Still requires a lot of writing for what goes in between those tags and with all the variations it could take longer. It's not impossible it would just take awhile.

      Of course, if not done before adding it NPC = edits and so more time.

      Then, benefits are priceless.
      Put tags on web host, then to see what input there is (of course they are some conditions to be set).

      When done right, it allow for a very efficient text handling, providing flexibility and expandable ongoing devellopment.

  3. What are chances of modifying the player character with magic?

  4. Is there a possibility of implementing alchemical conversion of essences? Like for example converting 2 magic essences into 1 nature or tainted essence? Or you can make that even more costly conversion ratio, if 2 to 1 is too easy.

  5. What engine are you moving to? I've been toying around with a couple of ones similar to the one you have been using up until now, but not really found anything that suits me 100%

    1. Well i guess it's more of 'do it yourself' than an engine, as I'm working with pure javascript right now (basically making web app i guess?), but framework is assembled by Shade Vanguard, who offered me help.

  6. In the future, would it be possible to be able to raise the number of skill slots on a girl? Like some sort of training like with the new ability to upgrade their confidence, charm and such? The price being, per say, time, money and skill points.

    1. Sure, was actually thinking about some sort of potion shenanigans, but I reconsider whole skill/stat system currently as new combat stats being added.

    2. The number of available skill slots rises with the girl's level anyway. If you make her drink the oblivion potion when she is on a 50th+ experience level you ought to have enough slots (>20?) for any function you want.

  7. It would be nice to have the "Relatives" button on your player character's "Personal Info" page.
