Found two minor issues so far: 1) Custom portraits location is in %appdata%/strive2/portraits, not game folder by default. Is this intended? 2) Can you please remove max height from underwear and sleeping room selection dropdowns? I have scrolls there despite it is a lot of space below.
1. What do you mean by 'not game folder'? Sadly, its very hard in godot to get exactly your game folder location. 2. It's a bit complicated as the whole 'selection button' is my personal implementation. I try to make it reasonable, but my knowledge (or luck) is lacking. I'm trying to do my best though.
both my saves, config and portraits are here: http://i.imgur.com/lldSd9h.png not in directory with game itself. It is probably not access issue because I can see log file in game dir. For me it's not a big deal, just put put a note somewhere because other players may not be aware of this.
Regarding dropdowns - it seems godot uses own scripting language and UI toolkit, so all my programming knowledge is useless, I'm afraid I can't help you with this.
Log script is actually a side pluggin I tried to implement. I'll see what could be done with it though, but for now its how it is... user roaming folders stuff.

also I took a quick glance at godot UI capabilities. Indeed it must be quite challenging setting this up, especially when you allow changing font size in the game.
This is amazing. Best Erotic Text-Based RPG I've ever played... well the only but I doubt anything can top this. Just curious though, is there a walk through of some sort? I'm kind of annoyed that Emily keeps leaving no matter what I do, and is there a way to bring her sister on board too?
Emily returns in a week or so if you help her out/she's loyal when leaves. Alternatively you can brand her before Tisha arrives for a different set of events. Don't think anyone done any sort of walk through yet though :)
This is weird, after downloading the latest version, After having Emily for a few days her sister showed up and the conversation was a little different then the make Emily leave/stay one that I'm used to, it had the option to demand compensation. But I did the nice guy think and let them leave with some money/food.
Now I have restarted to see if I can get the conversation again but no matter how many times I try i just can't get it to trigger.
If you open your save file with a text editor, you should be able to search for the phrase "upcomingevents" to see a list of, well, upcoming events. When you recruit Emily, an event named "tishaappearance" should be in there after you save; the "duration" field after it is the number of days you have to wait until Tisha's event triggers.
I'm having issues playing the new update. Every time I run the application it reads the following. "Your system's graphic drivers seem to not support OpenGL2.1/GLES 2.0 Sorry :( Godot Engine will self-destruct as soon as you acknowledge this error message." 1 I have no idea what this means 2 I wish to fix this problem Please help, Thank you.
When you take headgirl to battlegroup and her energy is lower than 30 her occupation change to rest. Other girl like jailer or farm manager dont change their occupation. Is it works correctly?
FYI freecities has exactly the same layering technique as most of ren'py games, but uses svg vectors instead of png/jpg rasters. As a bonus this allows colouring hairs/skin according to game variables.
hi, I am not sure if this is implemented or not since this is the very first patch I ever downloaded and I find the game quite enjoyable.
anyways after I build the farm, there is this option to snails, where do I get those??? are they in or not since I locked for them everywhere, not sure where to get them from.
also during exploring the Forest, I get a survival failed message of sort, even though my MC has full max states...well as full as possible in normal gameplay, so what is that message?
unsure what other content after I finished the quest of Melissa wanting a lactating Taurus girl, as I unlocked basically what possibly for the manor, unless there are hidden quests I have no idea about?
Snails can be found at eerie grove. There's about 3 semifleshed sidequests (including emily). Game might take your best companion's states when deciding encounters instead of you.
Emily Quest, is it intended that while she is gone with her sister that she still counts as an occupant, and still eats 10 food out of the mansion stocks?
Well, the Occupant counter at the top showed 4, but there were only 3 on the list to the right. As well, each day consumed 50 food. Forage added 36, daily reported a drop of 14.
Didn't think to check the sleeping spaces when I saw the above.
Hi, I found a duping exploit. You save your game then sell a slave at the slave market. Then load your save and go back to the market and you can buy an exact copy of your slave. They have same name, stats, and skills. The only thing that is different is the brand, if the original had the advanced kind.
Hey, great update. I don't know if this was a new error or what but I did have a slave starve to death the same week the mansion was +25 food. (We were at 0 the week prior, but the end of day report literally read +25 Food, Diana starved to death)

Clicking on the skills menu for any slave outside the jail will lock the screen in that menu for the ones inside the jail.

I'm aware of this weird occurrence. Will fix in next version.
DeleteLooks like old bug. During combat you cant select/deselect new skills to shortcut when scrollbar appears.

There's 3 variations of conversations. 1. If Emily is loyal and wants to stay 2. If Emily is branded, 3. IF both are not true (common one i suppose?)

ReplyDeleteI've checked food count and pretty sure she does not consume anything while away. Don't think she counts as occupant either.
